Arya was bred by Karen Thompson of Thomson Border Collies in Virginia. Her parents were both bred by Kevin Evans in Wales and come from a strong herding line so the force is strong with her.

Arya is energetic, alert, and driven. She enjoys agility, swimming, and running. She is not fond of loud noises but is always up for an adventure. She enjoys the company of other dogs and has many four legged friends she plays with on a regular basis. She get along with kids and will entice them to play a game of fetch. She is overly affectionate especially in the mornings, is quick to learn, and is patient.

Arya will be a mother someday so she has been genetically tested to make sure she doesn’t pass on any genetic defects, her OFA tests will be completed once she turns 2 years old. Interestingly enough Arya carries the RED, TRI and DILUTE genes, therefore she can produce a variety of colors including Lilac, Blue, Black, Red, and the same variety of Tris and Merles.
